Nightgaunt Graphics is currently closed. There is no announced date for a future release. This does not change our obligations for any existing order.

Shipping services and charges

Orders ship via USPS from Fortuna, California, United States. Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. USPS rates depend on package weight and destination.

Dispatch and delivery

For any release offered for sale, review the product listing for its stated dispatch estimate and whether the item is ready to ship or a preorder. Carrier transit time is separate from production and handling time. International delivery can also be affected by customs processing.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law. If no shipping timeframe is stated, applicable legal deadlines still apply.

Existing orders and delivery problems

For an order update, incorrect shipping address, delayed parcel, or an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, email rooster@nightgauntgraphics.com with your order number and relevant details. Please report address errors as soon as possible. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
